Christmas Bread Program

 

We are so excited to announce the menu for our 2018 Christmas Bread Program. It includes four savory holiday breads that will both compliment and elevate your Christmas celebrations. Freshly prepared by the talented Sarah Black, each of our signature loaves will be made with whole wheat, rye and honey. Each of these loaves can be picked up at Seminary Hill Farm and the distribution dates will be December 14 and 15 and then for your Christmas meals on December 21, 22 and 23. Quantities will be limited so make sure to place your order soon.

Three Pound Signature Loaf

Our three pound loaf is especially delicious for turkey/cranberry sandwiches after Christmas dinner or toasted for breakfast. It will last a full week on your counter.

Christmas Orange Olive Oil Rolls

Delicate orange olive oil rolls with a very slight dusting of Parmesan are baked in the shape of a Christmas tree and perfect for passing at the Christmas dinner table. The nuanced flavor and texture of these rolls will compliment any food for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Tart Cherry and Sweet Raisin Bread

One of our favorite breads is this Tart Cherry and Sweet Raisin Bread. Studded with fruit, enriched with butter and topped with Crunchy Turbinado Sugar, this bread will make an elegant finale to Christmas Dinner or prove the perfect addition to a cheese plate.
