How it works
Each week, you'll pick up your bundle of produce, known as a share. Your share will include 9-12 varieties of produce reflecting what has been recently harvested. We'll email you a weekly "fresh sheet" every Sunday before distribution so you can start planning your pickup and the meals you'll make with it.
Purchasing and pricing
CSA shares are purchased online through our e-commerce provider, Barn2Door. Shares can be reserved either for a four-week month or at a discounted price for the full 20-week season.
You'll have the option to pay the total cost upfront or be charged on a weekly basis.
- Full season: $30 a week
- One month ($35/week): $140
Pickup locations and schedule
When you place your order, you will choose to pick up your weekly shares at one of two locations, using its corresponding day:
- Seminary Hill Farm on the campus of MTSO, 3081 Columbus Pike, Delaware, OH 43015
Tuesdays 4:30-6 p.m.
- German Village Society Meeting Haus, 588 S 3rd St., Columbus, OH 43215
Thursdays 4:30-6 p.m.
Beginning June 7, we will have four distribution weeks each month, June through October. There will be one break, with no pickups on Aug. 30 or Sept. 1.
|(No distributions 8/30 and 9/1)|
Distribution pickup policy
By becoming a CSA shareholder, you assume the responsibility to pick up your share during your selected distribution. If you are unable to make a distribution, we encourage you to offer your share to a friend, family member or neighbor to pick up in your place.
If you do not pick up your share, we will donate the items. If you know in advance you cannot make your distribution, please let us know in advance by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you let us know you will be unable to pick up a week in advance, we can hold your share and offer you a double share the following week.
While we don't offer substitutions or customization, we will have an exchange box at distribution sites. This provides an opportunity for you to leave items you won't use or pick up items another shareholder has left.
